NSDL will raise Rs 4,011 crore at the rate of Rs 760-800 per share.

The traders starting on July 28 in the stock market will open the total 14 public issues i.e. IPO. Of these, 5 are from IPO mainboard segment. Apart from this, 12 companies will have a listing in the stock market.

These 14 companies will raise Rs 7,300 crore from the IPO. At the same time, 5 companies in the mainboard segment have a plan to raise Rs 7,008 crore. MSME Lander Lander India Finance and Video Security and Surveillance Products Maker Aditya Infotech’s IPO from the mainboard segment will open on 29 July next week.

Non-banking finance company Laxmi India Finance has fixed a price band of Rs 150-158 per share for IPO of Rs 254 crore. Whereas, Aditya Infotech, who traded under the CP Plus brand, has fixed Rs 640-675 per share band. The company has a plan to raise Rs 1,300 crore through the IPO.

NSDL will raise ₹ 4,011 crore from IPO

The IPO of National Securities Depository i.e. NSDL and Mumbai based real estate firm Shri Lotus Developers and Realty will open on July 30. NSDL will raise Rs 4,011.60 crore at the rate of Rs 760-800 per share.

At the same time, Mr. Lotus Developers and Realty has fixed Rs 140-150 per share band. Mr. Lotus will raise Rs 792 crore with this issue. Apart from this, the issue of M&B engineering will also open on July 30. The company will raise Rs 650 crore on Rs 366-385 per share band.

There will be closing of 5 IPO this week

Apart from this, IPOs like Brigade Hotel Ventures and Shanti Gold International launched last week will be close on 28 and 29 July. Whereas, the issues of Patel Cam Specialities, Sri Refrigeration and Celovrap Industries, launched on July 25 in the SME segment, will be close on July 29.
