Instead of Andy Bayran, the company’s co-founder and Chief Product Officer Pete Desoy has been appointed as Interim CEO. The tech company has also started investigating the affair between former CEO and HR (Cabot) in this case. The company has shared this update on its X handle.

What is the whole matter?
On July 18, a video of CEO Andy Baren of Tech Company Astronomor and Chief Peepal Officer of his company Peepal Officer Christin Cabot went viral at the ‘Music of the Sphiers World Tour’ concert held on July 18 at Boston in the famous rock band Coldplay, in which the two were very close to each other.
What happened in the concert?
The band’s frontman Chris Martin started the popular ‘Kiss Cam’ segment among the audience amidst his performance, in which the camera focuses on the joints in the crowd. As the camera stopped on Andy Bayron and Christin Cabot, both were seen wrapped in each other’s arms.
After his picture came on screen, both of them became uncomfortable and tried to hide their face. Chris Martin jokingly said to lighten the atmosphere, ‘Hey, look at these two! Either they have an affair or they are very shy. ‘

Immediately after the concert, the video of the incident spread rapidly on platforms such as tickets, redit and X. Many users called it a serious ‘cheating scandal’, as Andy Bayran is married to Megan Kerigan Bayran and has two children.

Who are Andy Bayron and Christin Cabot?
Andy Bayran is CEO of Cincinnati, a US -based tech company Astronomer since July 2023. This company is an expert in data orchestration tools. The company’s market value is more than $ 1.3 billion (₹ 11,204).
Bayran has previously served as President in Leswork (2019-2022) and Chief Revenue Officer in Cyberryzon (2017-2019). They are married to Megan Kerigan Bayran and live in New York with their two children.
Christin Cabot joined the Astronomor as Chief Peepal Officer in November 2024. In an interview, he said that ‘real magic is when people and business strategy are together.’
