Online Food Delivery Company Zomato (Eaterial Limited) has earned a total of Rs 7,521 crore in the first quarter (Q1Fy26) of FY 2025-26. This is 69.31% higher than last year. The company earned Rs 4,442 crore in the same quarter of last year.

Out of the total earnings, the company survives Rs 25 crore as a net profit (consolidated net profit) with the total earnings. It has fallen 90% on the annual base (April-June of 2025). The company had a profit of Rs 253 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue increased by 70% to ₹ 7,167 crore

In the first quarter (Q1fy25), Jomato generated a revenue of Rs 7,167 crore from the operation (selling product-service). It has increased by 70.39% compared to last year’s April-June. In April-June 2025, the company generated a revenue of Rs 4,206 crore.

Shares climbed 7.50% today after the result

After the result, Jomato shares closed at Rs 276.50 at Rs 276.50 today. In the last 5 days it has climbed 3% and 9% in 1 month. In the last six months, Jomato has given 31% returns and 30% in a year. The company’s market cap is Rs 2.46 lakh crore.

Consolidated profit means performance of the entire group

The results of the companies come in two parts- Standalone and Consolidated. Financial performance of only one unit is shown in standalone, while the entire company reports are given in a consolidated or consolidated financial report.

Here, there are 21 subsidiary and 1 trust including Jomato’s blinkit. The financial report of all these will be called consolidated. At the same time, separate results of the blinkit will be called standalone.

Deepinder made Foodibe in 2008

  • Jomato is the country’s first food-tech unicorn. Startups with more than 1 billion dollars are called Unicorn. Jomato first recorded a profit of Rs 2 crore in the first quarter of Financial Year 2024.
  • Jomato is a technology platform that connects customers, restaurant partners and delivery partners. In addition to food delivery, Jomato founder Deepinder Goyal bought a blinkit in August 2022 for grocery delivery.
