The IPO of Mr. Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, a company developing residential and commercial property, has opened up today i.e. 30 July.

This will be open till Friday, August 1. The company’s shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on 6 August.

The company wants to raise Rs 792 crore through this offer. The company is offering a total of 5.28 crore fresh shares for this.

How much money can you spend minimum and maximum?

Shri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited has fixed the price band of IPO ₹ 140 – ₹ 150. Retail investors can do bidding for minimum for a lot of 100 shares. If you apply for 1 lot for 1 lot at the rate of ₹ 150, the upper prize band of the IPO, then ₹ 15,000 will have to be invested for this.

At the same time, retail investors can apply for maximum 13 lots i.e. 1300 shares. For this, investors will have to invest Rs 1.95 lakh according to the upper prize band.

35% of the issue reserved for retail investors

The company has reserved 50% of the IPO for qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB). Apart from this, 35% share is reserved for non-institutional investors (NII).
