Online Food Ordering and delivery company Eternal (formerly Jomato) has appointed Aditya Mangala as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Management Professional (SMP) of his food ordering and delivery business. The company has given this information in stock exchange filing on Sunday.

The company said that Mangla was appointed for two years on 6 July 2025 after the approval of the Board of Directors. Aditya Mangla will replace Rakesh Ranjan, whose news of leaving the company came in April.

Rakesh Ranjan completed two years as CEO

The Eternal reported that Rakesh Ranjan has completed a two -year term as CEO of food ordering and delivery business and he will also be removed from his role in the form of SMP from 6 July 2025.

Aditya is the product head of food ordering and delivery

According to the Eternal, Aditya Mangala currently has product heads of food ordering and delivery in the company. He has played several important roles in the food delivery business, including the Head of Supply and Head of Customer Experience, after joining the Eternity in March 2021. During this time he focused on improving the restaurant partner system and increasing the customer session on digital platforms.

Prior to the Eternal, Mangla has worked on several startups and a senior positions related to Profit and Loss (P&L), product and marketing in tech-based companies. Talking about his educational qualification, he has pgp in the management from the Indian School of Business, where he was awarded the Torchberner Award.

Information Networking and Engineering Degree near Mangla

Apart from this, Mangla has a master’s degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Melon University and IT in IT from Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology. This new appointment of the Atternal is expected to further strengthen the company’s food delivery business.
