Last week, there was a big increase in gold and silver. According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of 10 grams 24 carat gold rose by Rs 2,689 to Rs 1,00,942 after last week’s trading. It was Rs 98,253 per 10 grams on the last day of last week (Friday, 1 August).

At the same time, silver price has increased by Rs 5,086 to Rs 1,14,732 per kg in a week. On August 1, the price of one kg of silver was Rs 1,09,646.

On Friday, gold reached the alltime high of 1,01,406 per 10 grams. Silver also made an all -time high of Rs 1,15,850 on 23 July.

Gold became expensive by Rs 239 on Friday

Gold became expensive by Rs 239 (Friday, August 8), the last trading day of the previous week (Friday, August 8). According to the IBJA report, 24 carat gold prices have reached Rs 1,00,942, 22 carats and 18 carats have reached Rs 75,707. At the same time, the price of silver also decreased by Rs 518.
