Ilon Musk’s company Tesla has started its first super charging station in India. The station is open at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai. The station has 4 V4 supercharger (DC Fast Charger) and 4 Destination Charger (AC Charger).
Super charkers charge at a speed of 250 kW, it will give a range of about 300 kilometers in just 14 minutes of charging. The price of the super charger is Rs 24 per KWH and the Destination Charger is priced at Rs 14 per KWH. Tesla car owner Tesla’s app can check the charger empty or not. Apart from this, you can see the progress of charging and also pay.
Tesla’s plan to open 8 super charging stations in India right now The station is the first of the 8 super charging sites that Tesla announced during the launch in Mumbai. These 8 super charging will be opened in Delhi and Mumbai. The company’s plan is that such stations will also be opened in cities like Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore, so that EV users will be easier in the whole country.
