The stock market is getting a decline today i.e. on August 7. The Sensex is trading at 80,300 below 300 points. At the same time, there is a decline of about 100 points in the Nifty, it is trading at the level of 24,500. Out of 30 Sensex’s 30 shares, 24 are declining and 6 are seen to fall. Today there is a significant decline in banking, auto and IT shares.
Mixed business in Asian market, US declines
- In Asian markets, Japan’s Nikkei is trading up 0.78% up 41,110 and Korea’s Cospie is trading 0.45% to 3,212.
- Hong Kong’s Hangseng index is trading up 0.35% up at 25,022 and China’s Shanghai Composite climbing 0.12% to 3,638.
- On August 6, the US Dow Jones climbed 0.18% to close at 44,193. At the same time, Nasdaq Composite was closed at 21,169 above 1.21% and S&P 500 was closed at 6,345 above 0.75%.
There was a decline in the market yesterday Earlier, the market was declining yesterday i.e. on 6 August. The Sensex fell 166 points to close at 80,544 levels. The Nifty fell by 75 points, it closed at 24,574 levels. Out of 30 Sensex’s 30 shares, there was a rise in 11 and 19.
