The Sensex is trading at 82,400 levels on the second trading day of the week i.e. on Tuesday, July 15, at 82,400. The Nifty also has a rise of more than 50 points, it is at 25,150 levels.

The Sensex has a rise in 24 out of 30 shares. Sunforma, Tata Motors and BEL shares are up. HCL Tech and Zomato have a decline of up to 2.7%.

40 out of 50 shares of Nifty are trading. NSE also has a boom in all sectors. The most media has climbed 1.15%. Auto and realty are up to 1%.

Mixed business in global market

  • In Asian markets, Japan’s Nikkei is trading at a level of 39,507 below 0.12% and Korea’s cospie is trading 0.13% to 3,198.
  • Hong Kong’s Hangseng index is trading at 24,197 and China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,487 below 0.93%.
  • On July 14, the US Dow Jones closed at 44,460 above 0.20%. At the same time, Nasdaq composite climbed 0.27% to 20,640 and S&P 500 closed at 6,269 below 0.14%.

Foreign investors on 14 July ₹ 1,614 Sold shares worth crores

  • On July 14, Foreign Investors (Fiis) sold shares worth Rs 1,614.32 crore in the cash segment. At the same time, domestic investors (DIIs) made a net purchase of Rs 1,787.68 crore.
  • So far, foreign investors have sold shares worth Rs 11,898.50 crore in July. At the same time, domestic investors have purchased a net of Rs 14,190.66 crore during this period.
  • Net purchases of foreign investors in June stood at Rs 7,488.98 crore. At the same time, domestic investors also purchased a net purchase of ₹ 72,673.91 crore in a month.

Sensex fell around 250 points yesterday

The Sensex fell 247 points to close at 82,253 on Monday, July 14, on the first trading day of the week. The Nifty also fell by 68 points, it closed at 25,082 levels.

The Sensex is 20 out of 30 shares. Infosys, Asian Paints and Tech Mahindra’s shares closed down to 2%. The shares of Eternal, Titan and Mahindra were slight rise.

Out of 50 shares of Nifty, 27 below, 22 up and 1 closed without any change. The IT index of NSE was the highest declining 1.11%. Media, pharma, banking, realty, healthcare and FMCG shares closed off.
