The IPO of Vikram Solar Limited will open from August 19. Investors will be able to bid in it by 21 August 2025. The company wants to raise Rs 2079.37 crore through this issue. In which 4.52 crore new shares will be issued under a fresh issue of 1500 crore and 1.75 crore shares will be sold under the offer for sale of 579.37 crore.

How much money can you spend minimum and maximum? Vikram Solar Limited has fixed the price band of IPO between ₹ 315 and ₹ 332. Retail investors can do bidding for minimum for 45 shares. If you apply for 1 lot of IPO’s Upper Prize Band ₹ 332, then you have to invest ₹ 14,940.
At the same time, retail investors can apply for maximum 13 lots i.e. 585 shares. For this, investors will have to invest ₹ 1,94,220 according to the upper prize band.
35% of the issue reserved for retail investors The company has reserved 50% of the IPO for qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB). In addition, 15% share is reserved for non-institutional investors (NII) and 35% of the rest for retail investors.
